SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Morrow Archive offers free FedEx shipping to the United States and United Kingdom and Canada and Australia.

 

Paid orders dispatch within 3 business days of ordering. We email tracking details after dispatch. Transit takes 5-12 business days after FedEx accepts the parcel. Processing time is additional. Allow up to 15 business days in total from ordering. Business days mean Monday-Friday excluding public holidays affecting fulfillment or delivery. Transit business day one is the business day after carrier acceptance.

 

DELIVERY DELAY GUARANTEE

 

If a parcel remains undelivered at the end of transit business day 12 compensation starts on transit business day 13. For each additional business day until delivery we refund 5% of the affected item's actual price paid after discounts. The total is capped at 100% of that item's paid price. This is a Morrow Archive store promise. Contact us with your order and tracking numbers to request compensation. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. This promise does not limit mandatory rights for lost parcels or non-delivery or faulty goods.

 

Please supply an accurate delivery address and respond promptly to carrier or customs requests. We notify you if a delay becomes known. Any applicable import taxes or duties will be disclosed at checkout or before dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
